23 Volleyball Consulting was created to serve and empower athletes to reach their full potential. The number 23 is more than a number to me—it represents my story. It was my jersey number, my age during my final season, and the year 2023 when I concluded my 14-year career playing the greatest game ever made.

My path in volleyball was anything but conventional. I transitioned from being a lifelong starter to learning how to lead from the bench as a fifth-year player. I served as a team captain for five years, including one season where I operated as a leader without an official title. My journey included committing to a school at 16, decommitting, signing to a new school, and eventually entering the transfer portal. I experienced the highs of being a full-scholarship Division I athlete at a private, high-academic university and the challenges of transitioning to walk-on status at a large state school. Throughout, I adapted to coaching changes, embraced new environments, and learned to thrive in every role I took on.

As a 4-year NCAA DI starter, a 4-year high school and 5-year collegiate team captain, and an American Conference East Division Champion with the best school record in 21 years, I know what it takes to succeed at the highest levels. I also bring the perspective of being a 3x State Champion at St. Thomas Aquinas High School and earning multiple Division I full-ride offers. These experiences have equipped me to guide athletes through the complexities of recruiting, leadership development, and personal growth.
